Delicious Vegan Pasta e Fagioli

A Pasta Fagioli recipe everyone will Adore!
Pasta E Fagioli is one of my all time favorite soups, its sometimes called a poor mans soup because what could be cheaper then pasta, beans. Its also is an excellent source of protein because of the beans so I would not omit them. Check out the Recipe below and try it for yourself
Ingredients:
1 Carton Veggie Stock
1 1/2 cups filtered water
2 tblsp. Better then Bullion No Chicken Base
(or 1 cube faux chicken boullion cube)
1 tblsp. Onion Powder
3 Cloves Crushed Garlic (1 tblsp jarred minced garlic)
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Dried Rosemary
1tsp Dried Thyme
1 1/2 tsp. Dried Basil
1/8 tsp. Dried Marjoram
1½ cups small shaped pasta (Mezze Penne or Ditalini)
2 Green Onion (whites for the soup, green for garnish)
3 tblsp Tomato Sauce
1 Can Cannellini Beans
Kitchen Wear Needed:
Large Stock Pot
Pasta Pot
Pasta Strainer
Mixing Spoon
Measuring Cups
Measuring Spoons Can Opener
Garlic Press/ if not using jarred minced Garlic
Recipe:
Follow Pasta Box Instruction & Cook Pasta to El-dente and set aside
Pour Vegetable Stock No Chicken Base, and the whites of green onion in Large Stock Pot bring to a boil
Add Herbs, Salt/Pepper and Can of Beans (entire can/don’t drain or rinse) to Pot
Bring Contents of Pot to A Rapid Boil for five-seven minutes stirring frequently
Lower heat to a simmer and add cooked Pasta, water, and tomato sauce
Add additional salt and pepper to taste as needed Simmer for 5-10 Minutes
Or until beans are fork tender, then remove pot from heat source
Top with green pieces of green onion and
Serve with your favorite style of Dairy Free Parmesan Cheese.
